Assassin ideas
Riot keeps saying "we want to make assassins more unique" well I've got some ideas;
REALLY marked for death: while death mark is active on an opponent all healing is reduced by 25/50/75%, but the cooldown is increased 120/100/80 120/110/100.
Q knock-up duration 1 second at all ranks 0.75/1/1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds. W now taunts enemy champions if challenge is active on that champion for 0.75/1/1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds, range: 400 units, but the cooldown is increased to 16/15/14/13/12 16/15.5/15/14.5/14.
R mana increase duration reduce Each subsequent Riftwalk within the next 15 seconds costs double the mana at all ranks Each subsequent Riftwalk within the next 15/10/5 seconds costs double the mana. Passive ability power steal: Kassadin takes 15% reduced magic damage and ignores unit collision. Also every basic attack against champions steals 10/15/20/25/30% of their ability power. does not stack.
Evolved Q now shreds armor by 45%, note that this applies before damage dealt from Q, if enemy is isolated and Q is evolved Q applies on-hit effects including passive. R increase in invisibility duration ~~ Kha'Zix enters stealth for 1 second~~ Kha'Zix enters stealth for 1.5 seconds. Evolved active camouflage duration increase ~~ stealth duration is increased by 1 second (total 2 seconds)~~ stealth duration is increased by 1.5 seconds (total 3 seconds) and removes slows roots and entangles, note that Kha'Zix cannot be slowed while invisible, but can be rooted or entangled. this does not effect other forms of CC, but you can only evolve a ability with ranks 1 and 3, not 2. Evolved E CC when E is evolved and Kha'Zix is not visible to the enemy team, when he leaps to the location, all enemies are feared for 2 seconds, fear duration is doubled against minions, except target directly landed on, who is stunned for 1.5 seconds, only one target can be stunned, stuns target closest to the middle. even if Kha'Zix is visible to the enemy team, he will still stun the target he lands on, but not fear enemies around him. Passive: Ranking up Void Assault allows Kha'Zix to evolve one of his abilities. Passive: Ranking up Void Assault to level 1 and to level 3 allows Kha'zix to evolve one of his abilities. Passive true damage: when Rengar deals damage to a enemy champion with a spell it applies a debuff called hunted, Rengar can only have the debuff active on one champion at a time, which makes them leave a trail behind them only Rengar can see sort of like nocturne's Q except Rengar gains no buffs for standing on the trail and only Rengar can see it, if Rengar uses the first part of his passive (the leap) onto a enemy with hunted on them, he deals 30 true damage and consumes the debuff (+5 per level at level one 35 true damage 120 true damage at level 18) and gains 10% Attack Damage and 0% Attack Speed (+5% per level 5% at level one for Attack Speed and 15% at level one for Attack Damage 90% at level 18 for Attack Speed and 100% for Attack Damage) for 3 seconds. this debuff lasts until activated. trail lasts for 80 seconds (where they stood or walked it leaves the trail, when it disappears there is still the rest of the trail like nocturne's Q) there is no cooldown in between being able to apply the debuff, but can only be activated if you use the first part of the passive. you know why i'm doing this? He's a hunter, the main hunter of league, he should hunt.
passive bonus attack range: Every third attack cleaves nearby enemies for 「 20 - 250 」 (+ 80% AP) magic damage and gains 150 attach range for a total of 300 attack range (her base attack range is 150, unusual for a melee) do note that this hits all enemies in between Diana and her target, also deals execute damage to enemies below 10% of their maximum health equivalent to 5.25/5.5/5.75/6% (plus 3% of Ability Power) of their missing health (scales with ultimate level). The cleave also applies Moonlight debuff for 2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds (scales with ultimate level). The counter will reset if Diana hasn't attacked for 3.5 seconds. In addition, Diana permanently has 20% bonus attack speed.
