NEW CHAMPION IDEA: Kyras, the Timelocked
i was thinking about Zhonya's then i wondered could there be a champion that froze time? so i came up with this (by the way why i did do stats is because i suck at doing stats but here are some important things: he's melee, he's slow and he has VERY low maximum mana, like 230 at level 1 and he's squishy (in gaming terms not in appearance).
Passive: Time Lock: after 120/110/100/90/80/70 seconds ( at levels 1/4/7/10/13/16) Kyras's next ability gains a bonus. Additionally, this cooldown is reduced by 1 second every time Kyras basic attacks, casts a spell (this counts summoner spells), gets hit by a spell or an ally casts a spell within 450 units of you.
Q: Time Warp: Kyras warps time in a line, damaging the first enemy struck for 40/65/90/115/140 (+105% Ability Power) and slowing them by 30/40/50/60/70% if they walk away from were they were 2 seconds ago (meaning if they were running towards you then you hit them with Time Warp and your jungler ganks and they run where they came from, they aren't slowed). Time Lock bonus: Time Warp deals 10/25/40/55/70 (+15% Ability Power) true damage and freezes them in time for 2 seconds (same way as the Time Locked ultimate except they aren't immune to damage). Cost: 38/36/34/32/30 Cooldown: 3 seconds
W: Time Loop (btw my sister came up with this name she's a whovian): Toggle: Kyras goes into stasis but his mana rapidly drops and his cooldown timers don't go down (pretty much you cant use this for cooldowns). Time Lock bonus: Time Loop also hits enemies within 500 units of him for 4/5/6/7/8 seconds except enemies are still targetable. Cost: 70/65/60/55/50 mana per second Cooldown: Toggle
E: Side Step: Passive: 10/15/20/25/30 movement speed. Active: for 1 second Kyras will dodge the next basic attack, spell (this includes homing spells), taking no damage and blinks 50 units to the right or left (depending on which side has the most enemy champions in sight) for melee attacks or if its a range attack or spell Kyras blinks 300 units forward and 50 units to the left or right (depending on which side has the most enemy champions in sight) and resetting attack timer and gaining 50/60/70/80/90% Critical Strike Chance for 1 second. Time Lock bonus: Kyras dodges the next 3 basic attacks and spells for the next 4 seconds, blinking 70 units to the left or right (depending on which side has the most enemy champions in sight) or if it's a ranged attack or spell Kyras blinks 400 forward and 70 units to the left or right (depending on which side has the most enemy champions in sight). Additionally, Kyras's next basic attack deals 50% of Ability Power as bonus true damage Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds
R: Accelerated Time: Passive: all enemies have their movement speed reduced by 10/20/30 and Kyras gains 15/30/45 movement speed. Active: Kyras accelerates time, increasing Kyras's movement speed and attack speed by 55/70/85% and increasing his cooldown reduction by 50% for 10/15/20 seconds (i know, beyond max cooldown reduction but Kyras is beyond the normal.) Time Lock bonus: everything except Kyras is Time Locked, freezing all monsters, champions friend or foe, projectiles, channels (it doesn't interrupt but channels don't go forward until it ends) structures and game timer for 8/13/18 seconds and Kyras gains 100 armor and magic resistance for 2/3/4 seconds after the duration ends. (in case you were wondering, Kyras gains the same movement speed and attack speed of normal Accelerated Time). Cost: 100 Cooldown: 30/35/40 seconds beginning at end of the duration
