Finally, nerfs I can agree with. I don't care for Lee's popularity, but there's definitely a problem with his mobility and his R cooldown. Of course this could be huge hit to his early game; I don't play Lee so I wouldn't have a clue. Glad to see Riot nerfing a champion reasonably for once.

EDIT: Now if only Lulu's polymorph was hit ever.....

U srsly call this a nerf? When 10 ban hits ,i'll be fucking perma ban him untill they remove that ward hopping Its just a fucking slap on the wrists to make the community shut the fuck up for some months , so riot can let their precious little piece of shit still intact for LC$ They'll gonna buff him pre-worlds anyway. I'd bet my life on this
