His kit is just boring and uninteractive... He just sits there and Qs at you til you're low enough to all in. If you manage to catch him, he has a low CD flash on top of his SS flash. I'm not even saying he's OP or anything, he's just annoying and anti-fun to play with or against.

While i am an ezreal main, i will never play him as a tear scaling panzy that sits back an throws Q.
id rather rush burst and run electrocute and 1 shot anyone who gets within flash E range.
