Sated seems like poor item design to me

Broken in low level play were champions can free farm.

Probably a bit too strong in Solo where co-ordination isn't there to shut it down hard.

Utterly useless in organized play.

It's the stacking mechanic that's the problem, really. If it didn't stack and just did its thing right from the gate, Riot could actually balance around that. But as it stands, Sated is going to continue being a problem in lower level play and a trap-option in professional.

Or in other words, no one is happy with it.

Why do people think that if it isn't played on high elo or professional play then it must be bad or bad design?

You seem like the same guy that hasn't played veigar a day in his life but after Worlds you had 30 games on him

You seem a little hostile, friend.

If Devourer started off with Phantom Hit and a flat OnHit damage value, do you suppose that would be easier or harder to find a more equitable balance point for at all play levels?

It would be easier from a balance standpoint i guess but that is just because they can number crunch until it works. That historically has always been a huge problem for Riot

Devourer is an item that works very much like Nasus and Veigar do as champions. Early game I run in fear of you, but gimme like...idk 18 minutes? I'll be saited and back for that booty.
