Can we make Diana's ult no CD like it says or fix her tooltip?

ATM, when you proc her Q with ult, it goes on a .3 second cooldown, as opposed to "having no cooldown" like the info says.

Actually, the info says "...Lunar Rush cooldown is refreshed"

Plus, the way coding probably works is a) the game needs time to identify if target was marked to fulfil the refresh condition and b) the lockout is perhaps so it can remove the Moonlight (de)buff from any other target hit from Cresent Strike, so Diana can't zoom around the battlefield.

So, really, there is no clarity error. And it only takes 1-2 tries to get the hang of how the mechanic works. If anything, the lockout is helpful - ever played Fiora and accidentally blew double lunge on a single minion, rather than using it to lunge from minion -> champion? (Lunge has no lock-out time)

The Cooldown is 0 if you Rush to someone that has Moonlight, if they don't have the debuff, CD is normal. Seems simple to me.

I'm sitting here telling you as a level 5 champ mastery Diana player that it does not actually go on a 0 second cooldown. There's a small delay and it either needs to be addressed in the tooltip or actually changed to having an instant reset. Please read the thread next time.

Odd, on her wiki, it says refreshes.

Definitely a disparity between her champion page and what actually occurs....

Honestly, I don't have an issue with it most times. There are those duels when I couldn't land the second ult fast enough to win them, but those are kinda rare and happen mostly in the late game against carries. An AP nuker Diana won't really notice, but a tanky DPS Diana like me, it can be frustrating. It's mainly a clarity issue.

It say's "no cooldown". But the lockout does make sense in terms of the game needing time. But it's really not useful as far as the whole ulting to a minion thing goes, especially when you're a duelist Diana player like me. That's a matter of skill. Hopefully a red can explain.

It does refresh. What he means is that there is a very short lockout time where you can't cast it twice in quick succession, and have to wait a split second before using your second Lunar Rush.

This is most likely done so that you don't accidentally double-cast it one the same target, so that you can use the second to escape if that was your purpose. Like you said below, Fiora is similar with her dash but there is no lockout time so that you can accidentally double-cast so fast you can't even see it and won't be able to use the second to lunge to another target.

Having a short lockout time means that you can't accidentally double-cast it, and will have the second one available to use on a different target. Sometimes you don't want to use both charges, because you're planning on using the second to escape or go to a further target or just don't want it to go on CD so you can poke with it; if you can double cast it instantly, you'll get your Damage out slightly faster but you'll often accidentally lose the ability to save it. (sometimes you spam an ability because you're just out of range chasing someone, but don't want it to go off twice)

A tooltip fix for clarity would be the best option tbh. As others have said accidental double casts would suck. Especially if I am laning like against an Orianna. I won't kill her with Q+R+R but I will with Q+R > Q+R+R
