Urgot Top Winrate At 52%. Why?
Is it because of the buffs he receive to his ultimate a while ago or is it because the meta shifed to tanks?

Its because that sample size is incredibly small.
This.
Also, that's the biggest disadvantage of champion.gg. The website is great, and using Plat+ as your sample represents most champions' statistics very reliably.
But once you start going into these rare champion/role combinations, build paths, etc. you start getting fluctuations in the consistency, because even a few games were things went weird can significantly affect the percentage.
In the case of Urgot top, in Platinum+, only 440 games were analyzed this patch. That's not a very big sample. It only takes 9 games to drive the winrate by over 2% at that sample size.
Urgot actually doesn't do too well against tanks, so it's most probably not that.
.24% playrate
OP as fuq
is because ranged tops are a cancer, like
top and the likes, i dk how, but riot needs to make top into the melee tank lane again, rangedss already have bot as a secured lane.
overall his changes were more likely neutral as he received a shield nerf.
small sample size. and he counters the marksman than are played top lane. graves mainly.
