Am I the only one who feel like Irelia is still busted?

Now mind me I am low elo so maybe what I say is irrelevent for your elo but I feel like no matter what I do, If I face a decent skilled Irelia on enemy team, I am legit powerless. I saw multiple time Irelia players legit faceroll their opponent like they were not existing and I'm banning her because I can't do anything agains that. So I'm asking you, do you feel the same ? Is there a way to counter her? Wich champions do better ? I need to get some help on this matter.
