i know, but if he's building all defense then his only REAL damage threat is his ult, which you can probably escape with a guardian angel

plus the active only grants +100% hp if there are 3 or more enemies near him.

tank cho will get blown up by black cleaver +bork champs more than likely lucian as lucian can dash out of cho Q's and with GA he will get back up after cho blows his ult on him. or vayne or AP varus (<- my favorite candidate) or fiora that parries his ult

or a tank with some decent ability that lets them do anti-tank damage like maybe poppy sine her Q does 7% max hp in physical damage I believe or maybe shen since he does % max hp in magic damage with his Q IMO cho with ROA is more versatile than full-tank cho. 100 ap is good on how well his abilities scale with ap
