QoL Suggestion: Let Azir's soldiers trigger Rift Herald backstab it's not attacking him

Fairly straight forward. Currently, if Azir tries to help his jungler take the Rift Herald, he's actually punished for summoning his Sand Soldiers (i.e. his primary source of damage) because their attacks won't trigger the eyeball weakspot. Azir himself can't trigger it with his own AA while his soldiers are up because they will automatically attack instead of him.

Requiring Herald to not be attacking Azir is to prevent him from being able to trigger backstabs by himself.
