Olaf Suggestion

It's bit strange to main jungle Olaf, I know, but I've had a decent run with him. I'm making a small suggestion for him, since he's been receiving nerf after nerf over the past few patches by having his core items toned down, and next patch it looks like it's happening again, according to the pbe. Olaf jungle is sort of a bag of stats that waits for the right moment to pounce before blowing everything in one of the slightly more execution-heavy all ins, so having enough stats is important to him.
Olaf has lost nearly 500g in the mid game, depending on which core items he goes for. This is due to the dead man's plate and boots of swiftness nerfs. While the nerfs to the items are understandable, it's unfortunate that a character who relied so much on having one or both of these items has to constantly become weaker with them.
I guess What I'm hoping for are some small compensatory buffs, since Olaf has never been a main overpowering user of these items. I'm suggesting a passive +5 movement speed for each rank in his ultimate. So he'll have 350 base, 355 after level 6, 360 after level 11, and then 365 from level 16 and on.
Being a hybrid tank/assassin requires a lot of stats, so even this small boost would help a lot.
