Why doesn't Cinderhulk turn off?

How am I supposed to sweep wards in the dragon or baron pits without agroing them?

How am I supposed to play Evelynn if this item removes stealth for no reason (lane minions, running through the jungle, scuttle crab)?

Mobility boots' passive is being removed for no reason as well from this.

Standing in the brush next to the red camp damages and agros the red buff monsters. How are Cinderhulk users supposed to sneak around if the aura gives away their position from the brush?

Can it be reverted so that the item only turns on when you have "entered combat" please?

Otherwise all of these aggressive/unpopular strategies are just being nerfed, hurting that strategic diversity.

-1 for suggesting that Eve would ever have reason to build Cinderhulk.

Because you need a trade-off for buying guaranteed aoe magic damage. The same way sunfire cape constantly pushes the lane and you can't make plays under turret, cinderhulk draws aggro from jungle mobs.

Sneaking to cheese the enemy jungler at their red isn't an unpopular strategy. Cinderhulk users in general aren't really supposed to sneak around. Why would you want to run through lane minions as evelynn with a jungle-sunfire? Have someone else sweep those wards. Plant vision wards in smart places so you can detect enemy stealth wards and destroy them instead of having to sweep in tricky spots.

How exactly does cinderhulk's function nerf specific actions? And how does that in turn, affect strategic diversity?

Old one had more options: Find the wards but let others kill them, or position yourself after finding them so that the aura doesnt hit the baron/dragon (not always possible, but often was).

Currently sweeping is slower if you dont want to agro the monsters.

All the other nerfs to things like mobility boots/eve/aggressive invading are, again, hurting the diversity of these less popular strategies.
