When not to wildly farm a lane: Any other time When to passively farm a lane (last-hit only): When your laner just died, and the wave is stacked to push to their tower/obviously set up in a freeze. When your laner is walking back to lane. When your laner is coming back from a roam.

When not to farm the lane at all: When you're being pinged off of it because your laner is literally right there in the lane also trying to farm and you're casting smite and shit my guy what the fuck
