So TL;DR you're too stubborn to revert the Fizz rework (even though one of your ideas is to add a bigger DoT to W...which sounds a lot like pre-rework Fizz) and you think bringing back Bruiser Fizz back for a third time with extra auto-attack resets is a good idea?
