Can Darius and Garen get execute threshold markers?

With Urgot there's this marker near the enemy's health bar. Cho'gath gets a ring of teeth around targets when they're up for nomming.

Why should Garen's marker only exist on the target of his Passive? And why Can't Darius get one? (He's probably the one that needs it the most considering how volatile his ulti is in terms of damage).

Heck, which Executes don't have markers right now? feel like all of them could use one.

Probably because then they'd be a little unstoppable in the right hands as people will know when to get in or out.

For example, Cho'Gath has a really unreliable way to get to them ( his Q ) and Pyke's ult is a skillshot which is hard to land if they keep walking forward.

Darius ult isn't an execution, for one.

Garen ult however, is one.

Garen ult does magic damage, except for true damage against the villian, so it couldn't just read the damage and the health comparison, it also need the MR. Darius's ult damage differs depending on bleed stacks

According to Riot, knowing when to ult to get the execute is part of the skill check for Darius and Garen. It gives room for error for them and can lead to situations in which you miscalculated and activated it too late/early.

For Urgot, this is not the case. The threshold is always 25% of their maximum health, no variables (unlike these other 2) and he should have clear information when this threshold is met or not. Urgots ultimate also provides additional counterplay by being a skillshot and body blockable.
