Still couldn't 1 shot the enemy adc because he bought . Yep, 30 magic resist, that is all it takes to stop an adc from dying in one hit. :(

Obviously, their base hp is gonna be around 2k at least. Maybe bloodthirster shield. A little MR and you'll need more than a 100% ap ratio and 1840 AP to oneshot it.

Your ult's base damage is 500, so that's 2340 damage. Need about 20 mr after shred.

Well now that you don't lose them on death, it is somewhat easier. But let's not forget, Rango cant 1v1 that easily before Lv 5

Wrong, sir, assuming the enemy adc has 70 magic resist because of QSS, Veigars Q + ludens echo proc will only do ~970 damage, thus Veigar is balanced.

It actually only did 1480, and then ludens did another 140ish.

i was adc against a fed annie once and i got qss and it made her cast 2 spells instead of one to kill me. that was pretty awesome it bought be like .5 seconds. Annie didnt even notice right after killing em she said 'none of you are buying mr'. Our only chance probably was to group, but nobody wanted to do that saying it would just give annie a pentakill. kinda sad because i had totally dominated my lane as well, but just didnt matter because annie fed > caitlyn fed
