If having a profanity censor is not an excuse to be profain

Than having all chat is not an excuse to troll. Pls riot step on on this one, worst feature in the game is only bad because there are no repercussions for poor sportsmanship. Everyone wants to be a troll, and there is no reason not to with the unmoderated all chat.

Instead of making me turn off the all chat, turn off the all chat of trolls.
