Okay Riot - You must implement Vote To Kick and Reports in lobby

In my last game 2 people decided they wanted to jungle, and locked in with smite at the same time.

"What's the plan guys?" I asked, "I can do a 1v2 lane if you guys both want to jungle, just team up on ganks."

"Nope" says the Udyr, switching his smite for clarity. "The plan is to troll and lose on purpose."

This player will face ZERO consequences for his actions. He will not be reported, he won't even be remembered.

I will face a 5 minute ban for freeing 3 other people from his garbage attitude.

There is common sense approach to this and it's not even hard. A simple 3 vote to kick from champ select is all that is needed. Include with this vtk a report option so that even if the vtk fails, the player receives a report.

You fear this will be abused by due queues, or teams that don't like someone's pick... Yet you also said yourself that most players do not mind off meta picks!!

You know what we all don't like though? Games ruined by trolls.

More common sense - just as you're already doing with your report option, if a person starts a lot of vtk you can even warn / ban them for the harassment. It is not an unapproachable problem.
