Honestly, can we just rework Soraka again?

I'm quite tired of seeing Raka take the nerf lead pipe to her kneecaps, can't you just admit that she's unhealthy and change her? This is not a QQ post about Soraka, she was one of the first champions I bought and been one of my personal favorites since then. I love the thought of a healer champ, but does heal necessarily only mean restoring hit points? It's definitely one aspect of healing, but what about debuff removal? I remember reading somewhere that you considered adding a Mikael's-esque ability to her kit. What exactly was the issue with going that route? Hell, maybe she could even buff her allies a little bit, like old Raka did with her W armor.

Anyways, her current state is just plain toxic and unfun. It's unsatisfying to play against and, quite frankly, I don't get much joy from spamming W, except sometimes when I clutch flash+heal. Just something to consider.
