Runaan's Nerf Affecting Kindred

I think that Runaan's nerf might affect Kindred kinda negatively. Making her a tiny bit more of a sink or swim champ. Her early game damage is kinda weak. On top of that, it marks are not guaranteed. It strongly depends on how the enemy behaves. Most marks are achieved early by capitalizing on an enemy jungler's position or marking enemy champs. If the enemy goes for every camp and the marked champs play safe, you're stuck with no way around it. Runaan's give her quite of bit of "umph" early-mid game that she needs. I would hate being force to rush BotrK in order to counter this nerf. It's not too much of a problem with other marksman and seems to fit thus far. I think unless there's a Kindred base damage buff for the early game, I don;t think you guys should go through with it.

:( Kindred

They are making it deal 40% of the damage an auto would deal up from 25% and removing the on hit 15 damage.

Once you have 100+ AD this is an all around buff.

Ok sure but why1 votes

not to mention when it crits

Buuuuut Kindred is on-hit. That is a nerf cause she has NO base damage early on. She HAS to scale to do anything.

Isn't Runnan's, like all crit/as items, supposed to be a multiplier? If you have no damage, be it from stacks or from straight ad/onhit, then why are you building an item that multiplies it by 3? First, you scale. Then you multiply. You should be getting some other item that makes up for it. Hell, if you go blood razor, you do more than 15 damage to any target above 375 hp(not taking resistances into account) and Runnann's would be helpful then.(I do not play Kindred, so do not take this as advice, merely a mathematical example)

It would be like if a Janna built full heal/sheild power, but didn't put more than 3 ranks in her e, because the hsp would make up for it. Technically, it does, but not by nearly enough for it to be a viable way of doing things.
