Not sure where to put this discussion but WHAT HAPPEN TO SPECTATE MODE!
I used to like being able to spectate random higher level players...What happen to that now it's just LCS stuff...

I don't think this is a good substitute, but if your just looking for high-elo games, you can go profile>Leagues>Top Ranked Players. Any of the in-game will have a spedctate icon you can click to start spectating.
