With 10 bans, will LeBlanc become a perma-ban again?
Will you personally start banning her again? Or is she too nerfed to be a threat anymore?
I hate the 10 ban system as a onetrick player :\

I never see LeBlanc being banned. But the champs who will most likely be permabanned is Yasuo Darius and Yi mostly
In higher ELO she will be banned more often, but I don't think she will be perma banned. I think LB is in the most balanced state she has ever been in. She has to poke you down some now in order to all in and kill you. (Unless she is really fed of course)
Just a guess:
The not10-Ban-System won't change anything on current Ban-Numbers. Don't worry. (At least until Riot magically fixes all their must bans at once xD)
