since it does provide HP, like triforce, it will be built, and it will be good.
however, I don't think he'll get nerfs due to it, since people can get away from it, and his main proccer will be on his ult.
who will be able to abuse it the best will be ashe or Garen.
ashes empowered autos with A will proc it 5 times each auto. and spin to win isn't an ult on garen, so its super accessible
