Annoying popup while using kleptomancy. (Elixir of skill and having too many skill points.)

The "Level up! +howmany levels you have to place" notification does not ever go away when you use kleptomancy and get these

Is there anyway that this can be removed once you reach the point where you can't actually put any skills in anymore. I maxed my skills out at like level 16 because I got so many in one game and it takes up a lot of the screen. Would be nice if it just went away.
