Dragon buffs are broken and effect the game too much

Game has literally become the meme of "better jg wins". Dragons are beyond broken with these new perma, whole-team buffs and if a team has a crap jg expect the enemy to get all 4 and the completely stupid extra buff. Your balance team should be fired they are destroying this game. Hire some players that actually play your game at the top teir instead of these devs that make stupid choices like and try to say it wont break anything
