With Jhin players building Lethality, his Attack Speed/Crit -> AD passive is typically useless

So why is it that he can still be so strong without utilizing this passive at all? Might as well just remove it.

The AD ratio on DFT was recently nerfed, as well as a few lethality items, likely with more nerfs coming to them in the future. Once lethality gets put in line, Jhin will be too.

Also, there are champs who use alternative builds at the cost to some part of their kit, and that's totally okay. It doesn't mean we should remove that part of their kit. An easy example would be AP Shaco. He gets very little benefit from the crit on his Q, but it's still a viable build.

You are better with stacking AD on Jhin... Check his DPS in the training mode. It's complete garbage. You have to 1shot or run.
