stop taking thunderlords on lee sin

He is so much better with SOA

thunderlords only gives a small increase in dmg and if u dont do well early u become a squishy champion that does 0 dmg

lee sin needs to be tanky with maybe 1 or 2 dmg items if u wanna carry pick amother champion lee sin is not the one to solo carry

But what about in the preseason?

A good lee sin will carry the game though. I see a lot of lee's take thunderlords and absolutely dominate.

I can depend on what build they use.

If they build item 1408 and item 3071 , they may be better off with SoA for early durability since they already have a lot of damage.

If they build item 1409 and item 3748 , they might be better of with Thunderlord's Decree for the additional damage to secure kills since they already have a lot of health.

Uhh tdl is better on bruiser lee so ur damage is relevant early. Soa to scale with xinderhulk and titanic

Scaling-wise? Yes.

Thunderlord's benefits from the additional bonus AD while Strength of the Ages makes Titanic Hydra and Cinderhulk more valuable. This is better when specializing for those specific strengths (i.e. damage, durability).

Gameplay-wise, varies.

It can easily depend on whether or not you are trying to amplify your strengths or shore up your weaknesses.

While Thunderlords will provide a lot of damage with Warrior and Black Cleaver, it can leave you rather squishy and prone to dying in fights (considering you rushed two damage items).

While Strength of the Ages can make you more durable with Cinderhulk and Titanic Hydra (while providing a small damage boost), your burst damage is relatively low and you may miss out on kills due to it.

u get SOA THEN warrior and depending on if ur snowballing or not u get black cleaver or some AD item then tank if ur not snowballing omen should be ur next item or dead mans after warrior lee sin doesnt need that much ad his q and R have enough dmg already

ur job is not to be one shotting people its to peel ur carries and kill secure if people get away

There are many variations of builds for Lee Sin.

Cinderhulk + Titanic Hydra has been popular for a month or two now.

If you happened to miss it, I was advocating AGAINST taking Thunderlord's Decree with Warrior since it left you too squishy.

The main exception I can think of (when you want both Warrior and Thunderlord's Decree) would be when you desperately want early damage to shutdown the enemy team early-game

However, in that case you would probably have to build Deadman's Plate second rather than a second offensive item. The durability and mobility would be crucial for really shutting down the enemy team and surviving in fights.

Thunderlords is good... only if ur good at lee and can snowball ur lanes. Soa just scales better and is generally always a good option on EVERY jungler if u arent being cheesy
