PLEASE fix Garen's ult portrait thingy, fast.

The portrait that comes up next to your health bar? It's so huge and distracting and covers so much of the screen that I can't even CS properly with it there. Seriously, could you not just put it in the buffs bar or something? I was trying him in a custom game and had to quit because it was just so annoying. And thank god it wasn't a real game because I probably would have AFK'd. It practically made the game unplayable by sheer annoyance.
