Doubles her damage, Extra Escape, Another Snare with her E all with Very low cooldowns. LeBlanc in general is overloaded and needs to be toned down once she hits 6 you are basically dead. at the very least Riot could raise her Ult Cooldown because it's way to short for what it gives her

First of all you're in gold elo.
I'm assuming you are complaining about Leblanc because you got beat by one badly.
is only strong if snowballed early and useless if carried to late game with just one good CC/teamfight/focus.
You're just another one of those people who complain about champions like 
because you got killed at level 6. 
more and learn how to play against one.

I mean shes only an anti-carry, single target , burst mage assassin. She doesn't have a game changing ult bruh.
