patch notes for it should say: bruiser yasuo can't kill tanks quite so fast anymore. we buffed his early game a smidge so damage yasuo can get to 100% crit even faster.
Nerfs in the next patch?
In 6.18 he barely got scratched other than the loss of his free auto attack. Yes, tank yasuo got a beating but "Slayer" yasuo will have even more attack speed now most of the time. The base increase makes his AS higher until level 6 and every AS item will scale better. With an AS+crit build, he will actually be stronger than before.
He is not nerfed or at least wont hurt him.
New frozen gives a bit of extra health aka. you now do this
2 more tank items of your choise sell dorans into ga.
Runes 29% attack speed scaling health yellow mr glyphs. And the build still fucks up everyone. And you don't have to complete the cloak early you only want the arpen vs tanky teams if the teams aint tanky you dont even get the cloak. i'm not a yasuo main i just casually pick him to counter teamcomps with high ranged skillshot champions because it allows me to kite and peel for my carries while dealing decent amount of dmg so before you get salty at my comment remember you are a scrub. ;p. So um yeah it doesnt take a yasuo genious to uderstand that he wont go below 50% win rate with that build as long as fervor remains as it is.
I think the title alone is already upvote-worthy.

And his slight attack speed reduction is meh.
When you realize its mostly a nerf to the tank build
