How to pick the best role?????

I have been a league player for 4 years, never gotten passed SIlver 3, I am trying my ass off but it just dont work out in my low elo, I am asking the Community for help with a GOOD ROLE to MAIN and actually STAY WITH to get my ass out of silver. I am also asking for the role and 3 champions to play and learn and master them as of patch 7.13 ANY HELP?

What I did I spammed Vladimir to get out of silver because of his ult/carry

There is no best role, it's a matter of how you play and how well you play.
