What role to play?

I have played all roles .... Ian only silver 5 and have played for 4 years and never gotten out of silver. I am asking for help. I mainly play jungle and top but I'm just getting worse then I play other roles and do bad... yes means I'm probably bad but I have the willing ness to continue to play .... question is... what role should I main? What's good role to learn and master to help carry the team and myself out of the ELO HELL I am in??
