Viktor Burst?

How much burst does Viktor have with three items (Rylais + Perfect Hex + Rabadon)? Is it reliable?

When Viktor gets there, can he/should he Flash in to delete the backline with a ''burst combo'' or is that more of an Annie thing?

I'm not sure because while 400+ AP is a large number, his attacks are unreliable (E doesn't hurt much if the second part doesn't hit... Chaos Storm seems wonky to aim... and W is unreliable CC for the most part). I don't expect I can just delete the backline with a single Q and the proc right?

With Rylais + Perfect Hex + Rab... is a Flash combo against the backline viable? Is there enough burst and reliability?

And if so... what is the best ability sequence to do this with?

I would avoid flashing in. Sudden movements are likely to spook noobs into running out of your damage :)

Seriously though, there's almost never been a point in the game where an enemy dashing towards you has been good for you, particularly if you're a squishy. An AoE DoT field? That's something that a lot of players know "I should get out of this," but isn't always a top priority due to how many low damage AoE Dot spells there are. As such, (particularly in low Silver,) your best bet is to take advantage of the 2 seconds where you're ultimate isn't doing damage to make the enemy squishy think they can afford to stay in it and keep attacking you.

If you want more reliable damage, pick up a item 3100 for synergy with your Q.

his burst got nerfed. but he will still one shot you if you don't have any mr items.

his burst did, but overall if they stay in your laser it will deal more damage than before

His burst got nerfed pretty hard recently but it's still pretty good. E R Q auto is generally the best combo from my experience but there are other ways to do it. If you get fed enough and you go for lich bane, Q auto is all you need to 100-0 squishies :P Also, it's usually bad to flash in onto the enemy unless your team is really far ahead and you know you have to chase them in order to fight. Viktor's burst is better defensively.

Vik should stick in the middle of the team and disrupt the enemy backline with E and R while using Q to kite and keep himself safe and W to peel for his backline.
