My Thoughts On Solo Queue, Dynamic Queue, and Ranked Teams

I like the idea of Dynamic Queue, but there's some things that Solo Queue and Ranked Teams did much better.

Like, I haven't been able to play with my former teammates in months due to the removal of Ranked Teams. Three of my friends are Platinum, and one is Gold. I'm Silver, and I can only play with our jungler. It felt good playing in a separate ladder and being able to play games as a team, instead of being animals in dynamic queue.

Dynamic Queue also punishes the solo player by queueing him against 5 man premades and having a 4 man team. This is actually my trigger. I immediately tilt as soon as I find out I'm in a game with a four man, that is invariably toxic, doesn't communicate, and will most likely make the game completely unenjoyable for you. Not to mention, the random five man ganks that you're not expecting at all.

Dynamic Queue does bring a lot of good things to the table, though. However, I wish that Riot would make an attempt to cater to the solo player.

Nah fam, _if they have a 4 man premade you are playing with 4 premades too _ and why don't you just find some friends to play with? Haha xD

DQ doesn't bring anything good to the table.

DQ is normal/draft but with an mmr.

We lost the two competitive game modes to give us a game mode we already had with a number attached to it. The number only has meaning because it had meaning the previous 5 seasons. But there are no static/standard conditions upon which you can base that number, so its meaningless.
