The amount of people using "gutted" when someone gets a minor to medium damage/utility change is rather sad. Gutted to me means that they are completely unable to do their job. And if Soraka can do a decent job of getting kills if built/played right, then every other champ has no right to be called gutted after a damage change that does not reduce their overall damage to near Soraka's.
