Why I'm Qutting This Game

I've been playing League of Legends going on almost three years now. I've had my main account permabanned about a year or so ago, and I regret not quitting then. Did I cheat? No. Did I go AFK? No. Did I intentionally feed? No. I talked shit and got banned for it. Yes, you can get banned for talking shit in a video game in the most popular video game.

There is so much wrong with that last sentence. Like, what the fuck? If you aren't ruining the game for other people, then you don't deserve to be banned. Now, some of you might say "but toxicity ruins the game for other players." No, you fucking idiot, it doesn't. There's a god damn mute button for a reason, learn to press it and not be a little bitch. Not pressing the mute button is like going anywhere on the internet and complaining about shit that hurts your feelings and crying about it.

I started playing League of Legends because a few of my friends in college were playing it and wanted me to join them. Now, they don't play the game anymore, so I get the solo aspect of a team based game. This brings me to my next point:

Doing well in League of Legends doesn't always net you a win, yet in the ranked games, you are rated based on your wins. Yes, you can go 25/2/5 and have someone lose you the game by going 1/30/2. This game rates the individual player based on the outcome of their team, which is fucking stupid.

Not to mention, the game is nothing like what it used to be. Now, it's just whoever picks the tankier champion wins. It has nothing to do with if you can outplay your enemies. Games are now decided within the first ten minutes when whatever dumbass feeds first blood.

There's other great games like CS:GO that if the enemy team kills your whole team, you still have a chance to win if you can outplay them. League of Legends offers minimal outplay potential, and fucks the solo player.

Riot has already said no to solo queue coming back, so now the solo player will randomly get paired with a four man vs a five man.

For these reasons, I cannot continue to support this game.

I mean, I agree with you about the mute button and all that, but its Riot's rule that you don't be toxic, and it's easy enough to do so.

And here's why no one cares, you clearly didn't read the rules of the game before playing, you were nigh definitely toxic, and these posts are annoying, Riot hasn't done anything wrong to you but you're acting like they are, you may be out of a college and all but, well, grow up, follow rules, and stop getting mad that you were punished for breaking rules.

This guy is spot on, to all of you calling him toxic, he probably isn't and he deserves to be toxic in the way he is with how much stupid shit gets teams who dont deserve a win, a win. Besides, if you click settings, theres a profanity filter that lets you WILLINGLY disable it, so you shouldn't get banned for being toxic when Riot has a setting that lets swear words get through. It's like saying, heres a buffet that you paid for, but you can't eat any of it.

You've got one person, or group, that is direct and unashamed of themselves. Then you have a second group, who aren't, and wait for someone in the first group to do something so they can come in and bash them over it. This forum is full of this.

Waiting until someone else gives you ammo before you attack doesn't make you a better person.

At least the OP has the guts to put himself out there instead of hiding his vitriol behind "community concern" and "feedback".

Also, as a bottom line, you aren't leaving the game, the game is kindly showing you the door by permabanning your account. Creating another account isn't you outsmarting the system, because you're most likely going to repeat the same offenses that got you perma'd in the first place, specially considering that you didn't learn to cut the crap the first times you were warned and banned.

So, yeah.
