@Riot: Korean kog key bindings?

It seems pretty strong. And after supporting for a player who used those on twitch/kog it just felt unfair to poor enemy team. I was just shielding and speeding him up with lulu and using and . I thought this game was rated T.

Question for Riot(assuming they will grace this thread with their presence): What are your thoughts on this? Should it be left as is? Should it be more accessible and streamlined so that even new players would be able to use it? Or will high attspeed adc's get some changes?
