Rito tone down the damages will you?

So many times RITO said that it doesn't want snowballs in the game. So many "changes" to prevent them and yet still even in diamond champions with combo instagib(triforce vi, full ad riven, zed) are prevalent... hell even ranged mages are becoming oppressive(azir, xerath, syndra). All of these and others just take 1 kill to snowball. and then there's absoluytely nothing u can do. They will stunlock you and murder you wherever whenever with no chance to retaliate. Even pro games are VERY onesided when it comes to this. People rarely bother to grab a tank cause stunlock is just a better option then having one useless body with no damage. Why not just lower overall damage(nerf damage masteries)? Especially on champions who don't require teammates for stunlock(riven(knockup+stun+finisher), lissandra(root+stun), Fizz(untargetable for the whole fight), assassin triforce Vi(no comments)) I mean it seems like an obvious solution that will at least slow it down. Because right now, rich are just getting richer while the ones falling behind... they can't fight, they can't run...they just feed.
