Like...wait what? I mean I don't think 150 additional missile speed would be something that will blow lb over the top in terms of strength but... immobile mages on top!? Am I playing this game wrong? Sounds more like

Someone still picks immobile mages and manages to win matchups so we're taking this opportunity to give out buffs to mobile assassins cause they are more fun and we love LC$BIGPLAYS

8 out of the top 10 mid lane champions are immobile. You people that think immobile mages are bad are completely blind to balance

Out of the top 10 mid champs in terms of win rate, 7 are immobile mages, and the two that have mobility didn't even make the top 5. Granted 2 of said mages have low pickrates.
