Ashe Passive Suggestion's

Make it so only when she is using her Q ENCHANTMENT/slow/[Frost Shot?] that the CRIT will strike. Ethereal Forces know I don't need to hit fuggin minions with that thing. An actual TIMER on the passive would be nice INSTEAD OF FORCING ME NOT TO AUTOATTACK so I can CHARGE it up?....? I really think an actual timer would be really nice. It could even be something like 45-75 seconds. BUT GOD DAMMIT.

How in her current iteration is her lane partner suppose to know when her passive is going to be up without voice software? WAIT I KNOW! Being forced to look at that icon a million gazillion times in lane. I think the suggestions I put down here are fair to put on the PBE. She NEEDS a RELIABLE passive! COME ON UNCLE RITO!
