Nocturne

Is it possible for him to block multiple spells if he hits it just right, or they hit him at the same time? Im a pretty confident rammus main and he spell shielded my Q (he didnt get knockup or anything) and i watched the animation go but i E him literally right afterwards and it shows my taunt went but it did not effect him what so ever. This happened multiple times that game and i couldnt properly shut him down and it really ruined or team fights
