Which role needs help the most in all Elos? (Bronze, Silver, Gold+)?

In every elo theres always that one role that always cost you or the team the game. Example: Bot lane in bronze elo would mostly be bad because the support never builds a and believes vision is not important. The adc doesn't focus the fed enemy damage carry instead of the tank. Right now, I'm climbing up past silver V in rank/solo. Playing jungle has gotten me out of bronze because most of the junglers in bronze don't know or have the awareness of which lane needs help the most.

Now I'm in silver and the jungle is failing me. Mid lane keep dying and complains that I never gank when they're feeding and the enemy mid laner is 2 levels higher and have 2 offensive items completed. I'm seeing top laners not warding their tri bush(red side) or river(blue side) and they camped or they don't want me to gank their lane, but ends up losing their lane and throws it at me. And supports, especially mains never or buy or get a .

To sum it up, I can play any role, but I'm trying to figure out which role to carry the team and I need helpful opinions out there. Even if I'm told to get gank more or play meta champions or counter the junglers pick. It's still not enough.
