Because I'm sure in everyone's mind that when a game is fully lost, people will want to move the next game. But there will alway s be that one person that belive comebacks are real when the your team is down 10-30 on the kill scoreboard, 3000 gold behind, all tier 1 and 2 towers are down, and no dragon buffs, Fed enemy Vayne , Rengar Darius Fizz is shitting your teammates while Thresh can land 100% of his Q and E at the right angle.

I already had 2 games today where we wanted to ff at 15.

I'm fine with the 4 out of 5 vote required for the surrender, but i'd like if they reduced it to 3 when there's a duo and both say no. There's nothing more annoying than having a troll duo that feeds and won't surrender plus the enemy team that doesn't push to end despite dominating every teamfights.
