10 champion ban coming soon for normals and rank?
Are we going to get a 10 champion banned coming soon? Or are we letting the pro players testing it out during their spring split and see if its healthy or not?

They should be coming when everyone is swapped over to the new client.
Riot can enforce this with pro players easily (and handle any issues on a case-by-case basis), but it isn't that simple with the general community.
