Are Fiora players the next Yasuo/Riven/Vayne Players

I played 3 games with a Fiora teammates and all of them were just bad. First one didn't want a gank because she said she can 1v1 the but ends up losing even though I clearly told her I will the shit out of him. But kept pinging me to back off. She fed 3 times later

The Second was beating a who was int feeding on purpose. This Fiora was 3-0 in like 7 mins but she never got first blood tower and second item . but I would had prefer if she went a . However, I also lost that game because other lanes were losing and she had instead of .

Then third and lastest one was Fiora going up against her skill-matchup but counter . She was a half-half but rage quit after her 3rd death. My teammates were coming back from that game but we lost big time.
