Game keep freezing midgame

Basically my game is unplayable. I will randomly freeze in game, and my cursor is able to move, everything in the background is running but league is frozen. I can't alt tab either and I'm forced to restart my whole laptop scoring me an afk. This has just happened 2 games in a row.
