Unless you're in a premade, assume EVERYONE on your team is pure trash. that way, you won't be let down when they end up feeding 0-6. Hell, you may even be surprised when your assumed-trashuo hard carries the game.
It's almost always best to assume people are bad.. so you don't be let down psychologically. albeit some people will complain about the wasted time.
If you go into every game expecting to lose, hell, it might just make your wins that much sweeter.

The point of this is pshycologically prepping for disapointment. if you expect the worst, the good shines brighter.

Even if you lose all the time you can still see that victory ahead and motivate yourself to get it until you get it 100% of the time (yes 100% sounds impossible but shouldn't you be aiming to do the impossible so you never stop improving?)
