Aatrox STILL NO QOL Buffs

How long ago was the buff to his Q mentioned? ya know the one where when hes "dashing" he becomes unstoppable? i mean you pump out new champs left and right and still cant fix the champions still in the game that people actually want to play, but cant effectively because the design in the current game is just straight jacked up
