Or maybe the high elo players are smart enough to give the patch more than 24 hours to settle in before making judgements? Take a breather, Riot will figure it out.
Most high elo streamers I have seen like the new runes. They don't necessarily think they are all balanced, but they are interesting (and fun for me personally) for sure.
What do you define as high elo?
