It seems yourr buffing her in the wrong places. I dont think her AP is her issue, thus the winrate drop in mid patch 6.24. Will she be buffed soon?

Her power distribution is completely fucked up. Her Q is basically a majority of her damage, poke, and kiting potential because they buffed it to the point where it's her only viable max and only reliable damaging skill. E and W are changed and nerfed to the point where they are undesirable to use due to how mana consuming they are. Lets not talk about how useless those two skills become after level 7. They basically become unreliable and ineffective CC that has little synergy with the rest of her kit. Her R is an all-or-nothing spell that is a make or break depending on whether or not the enemy falls for the wall.

Her burst potential is low, but her sustained damage potential is insanely high due to her Q being so strong. Riot needs to put a lot of that power from Q and into E and W. Give E some sort of relevant CC and W some number and mechanical tweaks (And maybe even Casting Paradigm tweaks seeing how weird Vector Cast is for a skill like Seismic Shove.). Nerf Q back to what it was on 6.10 after the hotfix. It was fine then. Making Q so strong and leaving the rest of her kit in the dumps is very unhealthy. It just makes her plain unreliable and inconsistent.
